Frequently asked questions

Explore the FAQs to ensure you're ready to tow.

  • Renting a trailer from our business is a straightforward process. Start by exploring our trailer inventory, which includes a wide variety of trailer models and types. Once you've chosen the trailer that suits your needs, select your desired rental period, which can range from 4 hours to several weeks. Add the trailer to your cart and proceed to checkout. Provide the necessary information and payment details, and we will prepare the trailer for pickup at 107 Helps Road in Burton, 5110. When your rental period is over, return the trailer, and we'll take care of any necessary ongoing maintenance to prepare it for the next customer. We ask that trailers are returned in the condition they are received in, appropriately cleaned and any damages reported.

  • If you accidentally damage a rented trailer while using it, please notify us immediately. We understand that accidents can happen. The extent of the damage will be assessed, and you may be responsible for covering repair costs. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to trailer damage. Your honesty in reporting any issues is greatly appreciated, and we're here to assist you in resolving the situation as smoothly as possible.

  • Yes, you have the option to extend the rental period for a trailer if you find that you need it for a longer duration than originally planned.

To do so, please contact our team as soon as possible to discuss your requirements and coordinate an extension. We will work with you to update the rental terms and ensure the trailer's continued availability. Keep in mind that trailer availability may vary, and an extension may not be possible, for example, if a pre-existing booking would conflict with the extension. Don't hesitate to reach out, we're committed to accommodating your changing needs.
